Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account from the eMenu AI app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

1. 1Open the eMenu AI app and sign in.
2. 2Go to Settings → Personal Profile.
3. 3Tap “Delete Account”.
4. 4Enter your password to confirm.
5. 5Confirm, and the account is deleted immediately.

If you signed up with Google or Apple and have never set a password, set one first on the Personal Profile page, then follow the deletion steps.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from our contact page using the email address registered to the account. We verify account ownership before acting, and complete verified requests within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following in a single operation:

1. 1Your account profile: name, email address, phone number, and username.
2. 2Every business you own.
3. 3Menu content: categories, items, prices, and labels.
4. 4Menu translations.
5. 5Language and currency settings.
6. 6Subscriptions and subscription transaction records.
7. 7Payment details stored with us.
8. 8QR orders placed on your menus.

This is irreversible. There is no grace period to recover the account and no way to restore the data after deletion.

4. What is kept, and for how long

For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance we retain a deletion audit record containing: the email address, name, and username on the account, the names of the businesses that were deleted, the sign-in provider used, and the IP address and browser or device identifier that made the request, along with the date and time. This record is retained indefinitely and is separate from your menu and business data, which is deleted in full.

Separately, Apple and Google keep their own records of subscription purchases made through the App Store and Google Play. We cannot delete those records — please contact Apple or Google directly about them.

5. Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can edit or remove individual businesses, menus, items, and images at any time from inside the app without deleting your account. If you want a specific category of personal data removed while keeping your account, contact us and we will consider the request under applicable law.
